The 2012 WHL Bantam Draft takes place tomorrow (Thursday).
After the Draft Lottery took place shortly after the end of the regular season, I received a pair of interesting tweets (@Troy_Gillard) from one of my hockey followers...
"Do you think the scouting staff can get it right this time? Haven't much success in the draft recently."
"Scouting staff needs to do a better job following the easy rd 1 & 2 picks."
I couldn't really think of a reply as I first wanted to take a look back at the Red Deer Rebels recent history when it comes to the bantam draft. So let's take a quick look at the players from the 2011-12 Rebels who were acquired through the bantam draft (listed in order of draft year starting with most recent)...

They definately need a goal scorer, they can trade for defense.
